✅ Return Policy:

We care about your satisfaction! If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery.

Return will be accepted if:

  1. Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  2. The item received is wrong, defective, or damaged during delivery.

  3. Return request is made within 7 days after receiving the parcel.

🚫 Return will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used, damaged, or without original packing.

  • Product was purchased on special clearance or flash sale.

  • Customer changes mind after using the item.

💰 Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed.

  2. Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days via your preferred method (Easypaisa / Bank Transfer).

  3. Shipping cost for returns may apply (unless the product was defective or wrong).

  • Please make an unboxing video while opening the parcel — it helps to verify claims.

  • Always check the parcel before payment (Open Parcel Allowed).
